Our customers may use the shopping cart, e-mail information OR download our Fax Order Form and order any of the items from our catalog. To download the form, please click here. The order form is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, and requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which may be downloaded by clicking the icon below.
We acknowledge all orders by fax, e-mail or mail. All artwork provided must adhere to our artwork specifications, which may be viewed here. Phone orders: Phone orders must be confirmed by faxing, e-mailing or mailing the original purchase order to Electronic Awards with “CONFIRMATION ORDER” written on the order. Electronic Awards will not e held responsible for orders not confirmed.
Minimum Order:
A $25 net minimum order is required for all orders to be placed through the website.
Shipping:
We ship via UPS.
Shipping & Handling charges will be add to all orders that are to be shipped. These charges will not reflect in your order "Total" at "Check Out".
Please provide us with an actual street address. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Cancellation of Order:
If an order is canceled after production has begun, the customer will be charged for the work already completed. If payment has been received, Electronic Awards will refund the difference.
Exact Repeat Order:
Exact repeat orders placed within two years of the original order require no set-up charge, unless charges are specified on product page. You must specify your last purchase order number and Electronic Awards Invoice number.
Special Occasion Dates:
If order must be received by a specific date, the date must be clearly marked on the Purchase Order as an “In Hands Date”. N addition to the date, you must also include the method of shipment to be used to insure delivery. Electronic Awards cannot guarantee delivery after order has left our docks. If ship date cannot be met, factory will notify you.
Overruns/ under runs:
Due to the nature of custom printing, Electronic Awards reserves the right to ship 5% over or under the amount ordered and bill accordingly.
Payment / Terms
Terms:
Invoices are due COD, cashiers check, or money order. Orders may require a deposit. Accounts over 30 days past due will be charged an accounting fee pre month on unpaid balances. NSF checks will be charged a service fee.
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa or Master Card as forms of payment. Please provide account number, expiration date and name as it appears on the card.
Pricing and Quotes:
Large quantity pricing: Contact Electronic Awards for pricing.
Custom Quotes:
As a manufacturer, we are able to modify existing products or create new ones. Call Electronic Awards for quote.
Production / Rush Service:
Standard production time runs approximately 10 working days after receipt of order and / or approval of artwork for website quantities.
Proofs:
If Graphics does any designing or changing or original art submitted, a fax proof will automatically be sent at no charge for approval. Production time starts after proof approval has been received by Electronic Awards. Emailed proofs available as JPEG format only.
Trademarks and Copyrights:
It is assumed by this company that any artwork, copy or other material submitted for printing, including the use of logos that you have requested we use from our available artwork , is being used in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage. Customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from claims against us for infringements or trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patent and personal rights.
